First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looked at whether using different amounts of numbing medicine in a nerve block (called an adductor canal block) can better control pain after total knee replacement surgery. 90 adults having knee replacement took part. The main goal was to see how much pain medicine they needed in the first 48 hours after surgery.
