New knee surgery may offer better recovery for meniscus tears

Summary
This study compares two surgical approaches for people with a torn meniscus and bow-legged knees. One group gets a newer bone-cut procedure plus meniscus repair, the other gets the standard bone-cut plus repair. Researchers will track knee function, pain, and healing over 12 months in 20 adults aged 35-65.
