Summary
This study compares two surgical methods to treat children who have repeated kneecap dislocations. One surgery fixes only the main ligament (MPFL), while the other also fixes a second ligament (MPTL). The goal is to see which approach better prevents future dislocations and improves knee function. About 22 children under 18 will take part.
