First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study compared two physical therapy techniques—hold-relax and muscle energy—to see which better reduces pain and improves knee movement in people with knee stiffness after a fracture. 68 adults aged 18-35 who had healed fractures took part. The goal was to find a more effective way to help them move better and feel less discomfort.
