Can a simple sleeve speed up knee surgery recovery?
NCT ID NCT06240780
Summary
This study is testing whether wearing special knee sleeves and socks after ACL surgery helps people recover faster. Researchers will compare 90 patients who have either real or placebo sleeves to see if they experience less pain, less swelling, and better knee movement in the first 6 months after surgery. Participants will wear the sleeves nearly constantly for the first month and track their pain and medication use in a daily journal.
