Summary
This study is testing whether adding a new, simpler nerve block technique to standard pain control methods helps reduce pain after knee replacement surgery. Researchers will compare pain levels, opioid use, and recovery in 90 adults receiving either the full combination or a standard approach. The goal is to find better ways to manage post-surgery pain and help patients recover more comfortably.
