Summary
This study is testing if a numbing injection around the knee nerves before total knee replacement surgery helps reduce pain and the need for strong painkillers afterward. Researchers will compare pain levels and opioid use in two groups of patients: one that gets the nerve block and one that does not. The goal is to find a better way to manage pain after this common surgery.
