First seen May 15, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study compares two advanced technologies used during total knee replacement surgery: computer-assisted navigation and robotic-arm assistance. The goal is to see which method helps patients feel less aware of their artificial knee and improves daily function. About 140 adults with knee osteoarthritis will take part, and their progress will be tracked for two years after surgery.
