Summary
This study compares two physical therapy treatments for patellofemoral pain syndrome, a common knee condition causing pain and dysfunction. Forty-five participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the Mulligan technique, phonophoresis with chitosan gel, or standard exercises for 4 weeks. The goal is to see which treatment best improves knee control, reduces pain, and restores function.
