Summary

This study compares two physical therapy treatments for patellofemoral pain syndrome (knee pain). 45 participants will receive either Mulligan mobilization, phonophoresis with chitosan gel, or standard exercises for 4 weeks. The goal is to see which approach best improves muscle control and reduces pain.
