First seen Mar 18, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests two different exercise programs—functional stabilization training and comprehensive corrective exercises—in 60 adults aged 18-35 with long-lasting kneecap pain and knock-knee movement. Participants will do one of the programs for several weeks, and researchers will measure changes in knee alignment during movement and self-reported pain and function. The goal is to find which approach better improves knee mechanics and reduces discomfort.
