Summary

This study will compare two exercise programs—functional stabilization training and comprehensive corrective exercises—in 60 adults aged 18-35 with long-lasting kneecap pain and inward knee collapse during movement. The goal is to see which program better improves knee alignment and reduces pain. Participants will be assigned to one of the two programs and assessed using motion capture and questionnaires.
