Summary

This study compares two treatments—popliteus muscle release and kinesio taping—for patellofemoral pain syndrome (knee pain). About 48 adults aged 18-30 with at least 3 months of knee pain will be assigned to one of the two treatments. The goal is to see which approach better reduces pain, improves knee function, balance, and strength.
