First seen Jan 24, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tests a new nerve block method (BiFeS) against a standard one (iPACK) for pain after knee replacement. About 88 adults having knee surgery will be randomly assigned to one of the two blocks. Researchers will measure pain scores, painkiller use, and how quickly patients can move after surgery to see which method works better.
