Summary
This study tested whether the OrthoCor Advanced System, which delivers heat and pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) therapy, can reduce pain and improve daily function in people with knee osteoarthritis. Researchers measured pain scores, range of motion, and functional tests to see if symptoms improved.
