This study compared two physical therapy techniques—Mulligan's Pain Release Phenomenon and Kaltenborn Mobilizations—for people with early knee osteoarthritis. 44 adults aged 40-65 received one of the two treatments plus standard exercises for six weeks. The goal was to see which method better reduced pain, improved movement, and eased disability.
