First seen Jan 12, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests whether healthy lifestyle education and personalized physical activity counseling can reduce pain, improve physical function, and help people with knee osteoarthritis stick to exercise. About 26 adults aged 40 and older with knee osteoarthritis will be randomly assigned to supervised exercise, a home-based program, or usual care. The goal is to find better ways to manage symptoms and support long-term activity.
