Summary

This study compares two different exercise programs for people with knee osteoarthritis. Researchers want to see whether core stability exercises or ankle and foot strengthening exercises work better to reduce pain and improve movement. The study involves 100 participants and will measure pain levels, walking ability, and knee function over 24 exercise sessions.
