Summary
This study compares a mind-body approach called Basic Body Awareness Therapy (BBAT) to standard physiotherapy and home exercise for people with knee osteoarthritis. BBAT focuses on gentle, mindful movements to improve posture, balance, and pain management. Researchers will measure pain, strength, balance, and quality of life in 63 adults aged 40-74 with moderate knee osteoarthritis.
