Can exercise and an Anti-Inflammatory diet ease knee pain?

Summary
This study tests whether combining a special exercise program with an anti-inflammatory diet can improve quality of life for people with mild to moderate knee osteoarthritis. About 60 participants will take part. The goal is to see if this approach helps reduce symptoms and improve daily living.
