Summary
This study looked at whether adding a gentle joint-mobilization technique (Mulligan's) to isometric (non-moving) exercises helps people with knee osteoarthritis. 50 adults aged 40-65 with moderate knee arthritis took part. The goal was to see if this combination reduces pain, improves movement, and makes daily activities easier.
