Summary
This study tests a 12-week, sensor-guided exercise program for people who recently had ACL knee surgery. The program aims to correct how the knee moves during walking, which may reduce joint inflammation and prevent the development of knee osteoarthritis. Researchers will enroll 60 adults aged 18-50 and track knee movement, cartilage health, and inflammation over 6 months.
