First seen Apr 13, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding a special pain education program to standard exercises can improve daily function for people with knee osteoarthritis. About 92 adults with knee OA will be split into two groups: one doing only exercises, the other doing exercises plus pain neuroscience education. The main goal is to see if the combined approach leads to better knee function and less pain.
