First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study looked at whether adding two specific hands-on therapies (Muscle Energy Technique and Mulligan Mobilization) to standard physical therapy can improve hamstring flexibility and reduce daily limitations in people with knee osteoarthritis. Twenty-four adults aged 40 and older with mild to moderate knee arthritis took part. The goal was to see if these extra techniques lead to better movement and less pain compared to standard therapy alone.
