Summary
This study tested three treatments for knee injuries in 60 basketball players: Mulligan mobilization (a type of joint movement therapy), kinesiotaping (special tape), and a placebo. The goal was to see which approach improved knee function and reduced injury symptoms. Results were measured before treatment, one hour after, and two weeks later.
