New study tests coaching tricks to shield Athletes' knees

Summary
This study looks at whether giving athletes specific instructions on how to focus their attention during jumps can improve their landing technique and reduce knee injury risk. Researchers will study 36 young female athletes who have a slight knee wobble (dynamic knee valgus) but no pain. The goal is to find the best way to coach safer landings.
