Summary

This study looks at whether giving athletes specific instructions on how to focus their attention during jumps can help them land more safely and reduce knee injury risk. Researchers will study 36 young female athletes who have a knee alignment issue called dynamic knee valgus. The goal is to find the best way to teach safer landing techniques.
