New gel plus physical therapy tested for knee arthritis relief

NCT ID NCT07308470

Summary

This study is testing whether adding a topical anti-inflammatory gel to standard physical therapy provides better relief for knee osteoarthritis. Thirty adults aged 45-60 with mild to moderate knee arthritis will receive either physical therapy alone or physical therapy plus the gel for four weeks. Researchers will measure changes in pain, knee function, strength, and mobility to see if the combination works better.
