New study tests which workout eases knee pain best

Summary
This study aims to find out which type of exercise works better for people with early-stage knee osteoarthritis: sensory-motor training (focusing on balance and coordination) or resistance training (focusing on strength). Researchers will enroll 52 adults aged 40-60 who haven't exercised recently to see which program more effectively reduces pain, improves balance, and helps with daily activities.
