New shot aims to stop bleeds in Tough-to-Treat hemophilia

Summary
This study tests a medicine called KN057 to see if it can prevent bleeding episodes in people with hemophilia A or B who have developed inhibitors (antibodies that block standard treatment). About 53 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either KN057 injections regularly for a year or to first receive on-demand treatment for 6 months and then switch to KN057. The main goal is to count how many bleeding episodes occur in each group.
