New injection aims to stop dangerous bleeds in Tough-to-Treat hemophilia

NCT ID NCT06312475

Summary

This study is testing whether regular injections of an experimental drug called KN057 can safely prevent bleeding episodes in people with hemophilia A or B who have developed inhibitors. Participants are randomly assigned to receive either KN057 injections for a year or start with standard on-demand treatment before switching to KN057. The main goal is to see if KN057 reduces the yearly rate of bleeds that need treatment.
