NCT ID NCT07441460
First seen Mar 20, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study tests whether a new drug combination (KN026 plus HB1801 and chemo) works better than the current standard therapy (trastuzumab, pertuzumab, and chemo) to prevent breast cancer from coming back after surgery. About 1800 adults with HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread to lymph nodes will take part. The goal is to see if the new combo keeps patients cancer-free longer.
