Summary
This study looks at whether the Klapp Method, a type of exercise, can improve posture, neck angle, and daily disability in people with Upper Cross Syndrome (a condition causing rounded shoulders and forward head posture). Forty adults aged 18 to 40 with poor posture will be treated. Researchers will measure changes in neck angle, posture scores, and neck disability before and after the treatment.
