This study is the first time the experimental drug KK2269 is being tested in people. It aims to check the safety of KK2269 given alone or with the chemotherapy drug docetaxel. The trial involves about 101 adults with advanced solid tumors (like stomach, lung, or esophageal cancer) who have no standard treatment options left.
