First seen Feb 22, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study tests a new drug called KK2260 in people with advanced or metastatic solid tumors (cancers that have spread). It is the first time this drug is being used in humans. The study has three parts: first, finding the safest dose; then testing different dosing schedules in esophageal and head & neck cancers. About 189 adults who have tried other treatments without success may join. The goal is to check safety and see if the drug shrinks tumors.
