Summary

This early-phase study tests a new drug called KK2260 in people with advanced solid tumors (cancers that have spread). The main goals are to find a safe dose and check for side effects. The study will first include people with any advanced cancer, then focus on those with esophageal or head and neck cancers. About 189 participants will take part.
