First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding kinesiotaping (a special elastic tape) to exercise can improve posture, balance, and reduce pain in young adults aged 18-45 with a rounded upper back (thoracic hyperkyphosis). Researchers will measure the curve of the spine, balance, and quality of life over two months. The goal is to see if the tape provides extra benefits beyond exercise alone.
