First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding kinesiotaping (a special elastic tape) to exercise can help young adults aged 18 to 45 who have a curved upper back (thoracic hyperkyphosis). Researchers will measure changes in posture, balance, pain, and quality of life over two months. The goal is to see if the tape provides extra benefits beyond exercise alone.
