Summary

This study tests whether combining kinesiotaping with core stability exercises can reduce pain, improve daily function, and lower fear of movement in women with sacroiliac joint (SIJ) dysfunction. Forty-four participants with at least three months of pain will follow a six-week program. The goal is to find a simple, non-drug way to manage this common cause of low back pain.
