Summary

This study tests whether combining kinesiotaping with core stability exercises can reduce pain, improve daily function, and lessen fear of movement in women with sacroiliac joint (SIJ) dysfunction. 44 participants with bilateral SIJ pain for over 3 months will be assigned to a 6-week program. The goal is to find a simple, non-drug way to manage this common pelvic condition.
