Simple taping and exercise combo targets stubborn pelvic pain

Summary
This study tests whether adding kinesiotape to core stability exercises helps women with long-term sacroiliac joint pain feel less pain and move better. Forty-four women with pain lasting over 3 months will receive either the combined treatment or exercises alone for 6 weeks. Researchers will measure pain, disability, and fear of movement before and after treatment.
