First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study compares two common treatments for shoulder pain: kinesiologic taping (a special tape) and dry needling (thin needles into muscle knots). Researchers want to see which works better, and if using both together helps more. About 100 adults with shoulder pain lasting over 6 weeks will take part.
