Tape or needle? new study tests best fix for shoulder pain

Summary

This study compares two common treatments—kinesiologic taping and dry needling—for shoulder pain caused by subacromial pain syndrome. About 100 adults with shoulder pain lasting over 6 weeks will be randomly assigned to one of the treatments or a combination. The goal is to see which approach reduces pain and improves shoulder function best.
