Summary

This study looked at two treatments—kinesio taping and the Graston technique—for easing delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS), the pain and stiffness felt 24-72 hours after intense exercise. Twenty healthy adults were split into groups: one got taping, one got Graston, and one got no treatment. Researchers measured muscle oxygen levels, strength, and reaction time before and 48 hours after exercise to see which method helped more.
