First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study looked at whether adding kinesio taping to Pilates exercises helps people with non-specific low back pain. 54 adults aged 30-55 with at least moderate pain took part. The researchers measured core muscle thickness, pain, posture, thinking ability, and mental fatigue. The goal was to see if the taping provides extra benefit beyond exercise alone.
