First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study looked at whether adding kinesio taping (a special elastic tape) to Pilates exercises helps people with non-specific low back pain. 54 adults aged 30-55 with at least a month of back pain took part. The researchers measured core muscle thickness, pain, posture, thinking ability, and mental fatigue. The goal was to see if the combination works better than Pilates alone or with a fake tape.
