Summary
This study looked at whether kinesio taping on the ankle and knee can improve balance, agility, and jumping in 30 male basketball players aged 12-18. Participants did balance, agility, and jump tests with and without the tape. The goal was to see if the tape helps performance, not to treat or cure any disease.
