Can a 16-Week school program get kids moving and fit?
NCT ID NCT07393789
Summary
This study tested whether a 16-week school activity program could improve fitness and health in children aged 8 to 10. Researchers compared 178 kids who did the special program (with exercise, goal-setting, and activity trackers) to kids who just followed their normal routines. They measured things like jumping distance, grip strength, running ability, and body mass index before and after to see if the program made a difference.
