Can a 16-Week school program get kids fitter?
NCT ID NCT07393789
Summary
This study tested whether a 16-week school program with exercise, activity trackers, and motivation could improve fitness and body measurements in children aged 8 to 10. Researchers compared 178 kids who did the program to kids who continued their normal routines. The goal was to see if the structured activities led to better fitness scores and healthier body mass index (BMI) compared to no extra program.
