Summary
This study tested a combination of an experimental drug (siplizumab), donor bone marrow cells, and mild chemotherapy in 4 kidney transplant patients. The goal was to see if this approach could help the body accept the new kidney without needing lifelong anti-rejection medication. The study was stopped early, so results are limited.
