New hope for saving failing kidney transplants
NCT ID NCT07006532
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a drug called tocilizumab to standard treatments helps kidney transplant recipients whose bodies are slowly rejecting their new kidneys. Researchers will compare two treatment combinations in 50 participants to see which better preserves kidney function. The goal is to find more effective ways to help transplants last longer when current treatments aren't working well enough.
