Tumor kidneys could save lives: new transplant study

Summary
This study tests if kidneys that have a small tumor can be safely donated and repaired outside the body, then transplanted into people with kidney failure. The goal is to increase the number of available donor kidneys. The study will check for serious side effects within 30 days after surgery in both donors and recipients.
